In 1993, I began serving the Lord at Calvary Chapel Downey in California. I served in high school ministry, sound, worship, and various other ministries. In June 1998, I married my high school sweetheart, Staisha, and then from 2002 to June 2015 I served as the Worship Pastor at Calvary Downey. During that time, we were blessed with three beautiful children. 

A theme verse for my wife and I has been Jeremiah 6:16 - “This is what the Lord says: 'Stand at the crossroads and look; ask for the ancient paths, ask where the good way is, and walk in it, and you will find rest for your souls.'" 

On July 1, 2015 we answered the Lord's call to move to Aurora, CO, and join the pastoral staff of Calvary Church to begin a school of worship to train up worshipers and worship leaders for the region. We have been amazed by the Lord's faithfulness during this new venture. 

In 2021, we once again stepped out in faith to take a break from full time ministry to reconnect as a family, dive into songwriting, and explore our next steps. We are excited for this new season of life as the Lord continues to display His unchanging faithfulness.
